Phoenix Legionaries is the largest Private Military Corporation and the most numerous in their numbers comprised of brainwashed soldiers, other merged and smaller military organizations, military veterans, mercenaries, and military defectors. Each member is dedicated to the cause of starting a second Calamity or ending the world again so that they can create a better world in their eyes.
