Hello everyone I just wanted to say welcome to this group and you may want to read what im about to say because you will be always chill during what I say “You take a rest and feel stressed. You can’t sleep and you keep waking up fixing things and worried about things. You fall asleep let everything but your bed disappear and your alone in the galaxy... breath in... and breath out..... you repeat that and then you fall asleep” See I told you that was chilling... not the cold thing I mean the chill face.
