The Special Police Force of Hong Kong was created as a subdivision of the Hong Kong People's Police to mantain order on the inner City limits when the PLA launched an offensive into Hong Kong's Capital after the Declaration of Independence, It's first Chief of Police was a former Deputy of the Hong Kong Police under Chinese Rule, who later resigned to become head of a HKPM volunteer battalion, currently YourFutureVolen leads this Division of the People's HKPD with honor and Pride.
