Description
After the destruction of Alderaan by the Death Star, the Rebel Alliance became more determined than ever to fight the Galactic Empire. The Empire believed that destroying Alderaan would spread fear and force the galaxy into submission, but instead it inspired countless people to join the Rebellion. Following the Battle of Yavin, where the Rebels destroyed the first Death Star, the Alliance continued to operate from hidden bases, carrying out strikes against Imperial forces and giving hope to those who opposed the Empire.
