Primarily Responsible the protection of Confederate coastlines from invasion, protection of trade, and maintenance of naval fortifications. The Navy for this Provisional Government gladly stands by the rest of the Armed Forces in defense of their sacred independence. The Navy for this Provisional Government just as any other department forbids any form of conscription.
