These people are makers or lovers of Top Hat Man. We either plan or hang out and talk. Anyone can join and share ideas, but you have to appreciate Top Hat Man! If you don't know what that is well, it's a powerpoint about a Top Hat Man. RandomToxicWaffle, manbeast18, and I made it during math when our teacher let us. It's not finished (as of Feb. 12 2012) so we have to finish it and that's why we need some ideas! So join and give us some awesome ideas! If you don't do anything I'll fire you, so have at least one idea before you join!
