Description
The City of Rome, part of Imperivm Romanvm An ambitious project to accurately represent the city of Rome itself. Includes positions that were subject to the rule of the city (ie. the Senate) The Roman pomerium and it's power over military authority naturally granted some autonomy to the city of Rome, letting it operate without the task of managing army occupation or dealing with the authority of ambitious military leaders.
