O Centro de Instruções de Operações Urbanas (CIOU) é uma divisão pertencente ao Exército Brasileiro (EB) do Foxdoido344, voltada para a formação, instrução e aperfeiçoamento de militares especializados em operações realizadas em ambientes urbanos. A CIOU tem como objetivo preparar seus integrantes para atuar com disciplina, estratégia, coordenação e eficiência em diferentes situações operacionais, proporcionando treinamentos voltados à atuação em áreas urbanas e ao desenvolvimento das capacidades individuais e coletivas dos militares. Por meio de instruções, treinamentos e avaliações, a divisão busca manter um elevado padrão de preparo, responsabilidade e profissionalismo, contribuindo diretamente para o fortalecimento e a eficiência do Exército Brasileiro do Foxdoido344.
