The Storm Covenant ■▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬₪▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬■ Jul 'Mdama's Covenant was a Remnant of the Covenant, formed after the fall of the Covenant and the Great Schism, the faction challenged the UNSC and the Swords of Sanghelios, managing to scavenge for equipment and wage war on multiple fronts. Composed of former species of the Covenant Hegemony, apart from the Jiralhanae due to their relations with the Sangheili.
