The Sepik Empire are an Empire that come from the planet sepik, we have been around for centuries. We don't believe in universal combat but if our empire or planet is indanger I give you this warning we will defende it for the honor of Sepik and for King and plant! We do give second chances but that is it if you brake your second chance let me tell you this your punishment will be exiqution! The Sepik Empire only has three rules but these rules must be obayed at all times for a very speacial reasion, you must obay because we do not want to start a war with any other Empire at all costs, But if we have to we will go to universal war! The three rules are as follows: 1) If I the king are having a meeting with any other Empire please treat them as you would like to be treated! 2) Do not and I repete do not let the enermy see the weakness in you because this might just start a universal war! 3) And finaly If we do get raided please remain carm and try to keep the enermy out
