The Crow Syndicate ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ "If you're seen, you've already lost." German themed Car Racing syndicate for the Romob scene Lore: In the years after reunification, when Germany’s cities were racing toward the future faster than their laws could adapt, a new kind of criminal network emerged from the cracks. They called themselves The Crow Syndicate—named after the black birds that watch patiently from rooftops, intelligent, adaptable, and impossible to scare away.
