Welcome to G.E.A.R we are a exceptional group and firstly I shall teach you some of the basic rules. Rule 1. Always use grammar. Capitals at the start and correct spelling. Caught not doing that at training and you will be killed by a admin or another of your rank. Dont ask for a promotion or you will just get a demotion! To become a HR (High Rank) you must do the HR training. You may only take this test as a captain. Either me or one of my 2 commanders will hold that training once every 3 weeks.
