The directorate of Military Justice was responsible with Court Martial, appeals, and any court appeals within the South Vietnam Military. Illegal actions breaking the law within South Vietnam must be report to the Director of Military Justice or the Deputy. It works closely with the Commissioner of Quans Canh and the division, Quans Canh itself.
