Description

[Information]: The Fallen Foundation is a Group of Interest formed by members of The Serpent's Hand, the Chaos Insurgency and even some SCPF personnel. The Fallen Foundation is an elite military organization responsible for secretly containing individuals, entities, and objects that many GOIs and the SCPF don't know much of. They are known to have exclusive equipment and weapons. No one but the highest ranking Foundation personnel and GOI leaders even know who they are... "We do what the Foundation cannot do, go where the Foundation cannot go. We are the Fallen." This group is based off the SCP Universe. The SCP Universe is copyrighted and owned by the SCP Wiki.
