제작일- 2019년 8월 24일 개요: GOC는 제 2차 세계대전 후에 남겨진 오컬티스트와 영능력자, 승려들과 나치, 소련 그리고 주변국에서 온 과학자들이 결성한 단체이다. 국제무대가 커질수록 GOC에 가입한 나라들도 많아졌고, 결국 오늘날까지 오게 되었다. GOC는 상당히 규모가 큰 정치 단체로, 우리들은 초자연현상의 경찰이#####는 이상 현상을 보유하고 있는 물체나 생물을 파괴하는 것에 대해 자부심을 가지며, 후원자들에게서 기증받은 자금으로 개발한 실험적인 최첨단 테크놀로지를 사용한다. 많은 잠재적인 SCP들이 재단에 의해 회수되고 격리되기 전에 우리에 의해 박살났다. 우리는 때에 따라 재단과 협력하기도 했고 대립할 때도 있었다. 우리는 SCP를 파괴하지 않고 격리하고 이용하는 재단을 좋지 않게 본다. GOC는 재단의 권력이 내버려두기에 충분하다고 판단했지만, 그들이 연루되었다는 것을 굳세게 거부하고 있는 일련의 사건들이 있다.
