A group based off a failed State, this is a "what if" situation. In the case of what if the State didn't fail. The year is 1868, where the State is in a time of Rebellion, France is supporting the State as its been disowned by the American Government and France still thinks it has some sort of chance to become something that could change the American Nation. France has supplied the State with supplies such as food, weapons, clothing, and certain gear required to stop a rebellion. This group focuses on the Military aspect of the State and not so much of the Politics.
