THE MOTIVES BEHIND: The UOC have seen an uprise of unfair featured obbies, as well as already top creators staying as the best. The point of the UOC is to get the rank system moving and help underrated creators get attention .We want to see this game thrive and promote creativity in a unharmful way. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- INFORMATIONS: All UOC members will have to go through the councils approval to be added.
