Description
The clan of elite killers, suited to killing the most deadly of threats in all of Japan. All members are personally hand picked by the leader, simply known as Rank 13 or XIII. He governs all that is done within his group with an iron fist, never letting backtalk or "Stragglers" go on for too long. Thirteen's Rules: -Kill all who follow your squad against your will, Stragglers are a distraction and waste of time. -Listen to 13 -Repect your fellow T.S.I Agents. -Watch for color coded warnings, all listed on the groups disc. -Always talk to 13 before inviting someone to his group.
