Baldones Novads Baldone Municipality ################################################################################################################################### Baldone ir pilsēta, kura atrodas Centrālajā Latvijas daļā. Šī pilsēta ir slavena ar saviem pauguriem, ārstniecības kūrortu un sulfūr-ūdens avotu. Tā pirmo reizi tika pieminēta 1186. gadā, bet ieguva pilsēttiesības 1991. gadā pēc PSRS sabrukuma. Baldones Novads sastāv no Baldones Pilsētas un Baldones Lauku Teritorijas, un ir lielāks nekā Lihtenšteina. -------------------------- Baldone is a town located in Central Latvia. It is famous its resort and sulfur water springs. It was first mentioned in 1186, but gained its town rights at 1991 after fall of USSR.
