Description
Officially named Pauperes Commilitones Christi Templique Salomonici, the Knights Templar are also known simply as the Templars, a religious military order founded in the Holy Land during the early 12th century. The Order was established to protect pilgrims traveling to Jerusalem and quickly evolved into a disciplined, combat-focused brotherhood. Bound by vows of poverty, chastity, and obedience, the Templars maintained centralized leadership and autonomous preceptories capable of independent operations. Renowned for their martial skill, strict hierarchy, and strategic holdings, the Order combined monastic devotion with battlefield excellence. Interested in joining?
