Description
Angmar was a realm established in TA 1300 by the Witch King. It's sole purpose was to weaken the Kingdom of Arnor. It resided northeast of Arnor and south of Forodwaith. It was made up of evil men, orcs and Black Númenóreans and is currently a vassal of The Great Golden Empire of Rhun.
