Phoenix Criminal Rehabilitation Facility #5177484
Description
Phoenix Criminal Rehabilitation Facility focuses on educating those who rely on crime to live. We do our best to ensure that they can live their life to it's fullest, without being held behind bars for the majority of it. -- Founded by United States Secretary of Health, Awesome_0A, along with Medicine Professor [REDACTED] the Phoenix Criminal Rehabilitation's main goal is to help strengthen the weak where they cannot strengthen themselves. We target the mentally ill, those without a proper education, and others who may have had disturbed childhoods. -- To some, our facilities may come across as a prison, however to others, it comes to be known as their home. A place they feel safe at. Prisons lock criminals in cells, with strict rules, and tough staff members. Our organisation however, strives to keep criminals in an enclosed area, although we supply to them the freedom to wonder where they like, learn what they like, and do whatever jobs they like.
