The Special Containment Procedures Foundation is an organization that is responsible for the protection of humanity. They obtain and secure anomalous objects, and study them to attempt to understand their abilities. Foreign groups such as The Serpent's Hand, Chaos Insurgency, and The Chicago Spirit, have been known to interrupt their doings.
