The black triangle is one of the hidden colonies of The Capital City. For they are a more advanced generation of the Illuminati. They have worked hard to remain in the shadows of every colony except their great ally, V.O.I.D. Once the world was reborn so was the Illuminati itself once the founder was caught and sentenced to death by an enemy colony.
