𝐅𝐈𝐑𝐒𝐓 𝐁𝐀𝐓𝐓𝐀𝐋𝐈𝐎𝐍, 𝐆𝐑𝐄𝐍𝐀𝐃𝐈𝐄𝐑 𝐆𝐔𝐀𝐑𝐃𝐒 '𝑺𝒉𝒂𝒎𝒆 𝒃𝒆 𝒕𝒐 𝒉𝒊𝒎 𝒘𝒉𝒐 𝒕𝒉𝒊𝒏𝒌𝒔 𝒆𝒗𝒊𝒍 𝒐𝒇 𝒊𝒕' ------------------------------------------- The First Battalion, Grenadier Guards is a battalion of the British Grenadier Guards. The Battalion joined the British Expeditionary Force in September 1939 and was deployed for service in Belgium and France apart of the 3rd Infantry Division. The Battalion was apart of the Allied Forces who became trapped in Dunkerque. In June 1940 the battalion returned home to the UK from France in the Dunkerque Evacuation.
