▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ 𝐂𝐚𝐩𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐥: Lextarre 𝐆𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭: General Assembly Province within Euskadi ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ Zuberoa is the smallest and least populated province of Euskadi. Most well known for it's music and folk plays, beautiful scenery, and temperate climate. While not strategically important, it has a small volunteer force and some military build-up to deter incursion from France. Besides this, it is one of the most peaceful provinces in Euskadi.
