Description
The People's Court is the adjudication organ of the GZMC community. ★ ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ ★ Its task is to try criminal, civil, and administrative cases, and to punish all criminals and settle civil and commercial disputes through judicial activities, so as to defend the system of the dictatorship of the proletariat, safeguard the socialist legal system and social order, protect the socialist property owned by the whole people and the property collectively owned by the working masses, protect the lawful property owned by private citizens, protect the personal rights, democratic rights, and other rights of citizens, and ensure the smooth progress of the country's socialist revolution and socialist construction. ★ ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ ★ The final interpretation right belongs to the GZMC community.
