๐๐ฆ๐ฉ๐๐ซ๐ข๐๐ฅ ๐๐จ๐ฎ๐ซ๐ญ The Imperial Court administrates China, having a simple ranking system of courtiers. The first level of Courtier serves a minister, acting as a squire and apprentice until they are believed fit to take a vacancy. Ministers are the main members of the court, ruling from Xi'an. Excellencies manage the ministers and oversee all of their jobs, crushing corruption and filling in for vacant positions. The Grand Tutor, Imperial Chancellor, Councillor and Grand Commandant each fill their respective positions, reporting directly to the emperor. The Empress oversees the court and is often involved in various intrigue and factions. All courtiers are granted immunity from most laws when on assignments.
