▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀✼▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀ FRAM was formed to give Civilians/Tourists who cannot join the Mayflower National Guard a chance to experience a military organization on New Haven. FRAM is a private army. The group itself is not above the laws of the state. The group functions as a small scale MNG, with designated uniforms, vehicles, a pay increase, and even a main base of operation. FRAM was not created to oppose the state or any sects of its government. This group was not created to prevent crime, nor was it created to spur some sort of ‘rebellion’ amongst the people of Mayflower. We are what we are. There are no prerequisites. Both civilians and tourists can join FRAM. This group does not care about past crimes and felonies.
