𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐒𝐈𝐓𝐇 𝐄𝐌𝐏𝐈𝐑𝐄 𝟒𝟗𝟖𝟎 𝐁𝐁𝐘 In the year 4980 BBY, following its near-destruction in the Great Hyperspace War, the Sith Empire was re-founded by a group of exiles who fled into the Unknown Regions. After enduring a 20-year journey, the surviving Sith discovered the forgotten world of Dromund Kaas and began rebuilding their civilization. A powerful Sith Lord, who had led the exodus, declared himself Emperor and began establishing a new empire in secret. This revitalized Empire would wait centuries before revealing its newly forged strength to the galaxy.
