Description
In 1989, the Async Research Institute became a leading private research organization focused on advanced spatial studies. Through Project KV31, Async sought to solve future storage and housing problems using the mysterious Threshold. Their research led to The Complex, an endless non-linear space of yellow halls, buzzing lights, damp carpet, and impossible architecture. As exploration continued, reports of missing persons increased. Many were believed to have entered The Complex through unstable Null Zones. They became known as the Lost Persons. Some wander alone, while others form survivor groups, mapping safer routes and searching for supplies, answers, and a way home. Deep inside, abandoned Async sectors still hide forgotten secrets.
