Description

The Arizona Restoration Council is a federally backed civil authority tasked with restoring order, infrastructure, and stability across the Arizona wastes. The ARC operates as the regional reconstruction branch of the federal government, uniting engineers, settlers, medics, and security personnel under a single mission: to rebuild what was lost and secure what remains. ARC members work to: - Reopen settlements and trade routes - Restore power, water, and communications - Establish civilian governance and local councils - Protect reconstruction efforts from raiders, mutants, and hostile factions Unlike purely military organizations, the ARC focuses on long-term recovery. Law is enforced, but rebuilding comes first. Every road cleared, every generator repaired, and every town stabilized brings Arizona one step closer to a functioning nation again.
