Info: After they created the elite division. In 1973, in the middle of Chile's dictatorship, soy and tote created the navy, and in 1990 they ended the dictatorship by creating the navy and helping LGOD. Then they arrived in Mexico and with the help of TMDA and USF they had more territory for the navy.
