A raid conducted by unknown hostiles starting a war between the Chaos Insurgency and Global Occult Coalition casualties ranging in the millions and destruction of thousands of sites along with the anomalous objects that were contained by hostile forces or escaped into the public, within the hours of the war because of the high probability of an XK-Class Scenario, High Command ordered the creation of a new site for shelter and threat level Black SCPs containment. It was concluded that construction would begin in the alps of Alaska. Subsequently, on September 27th, 2014, the site was finally built with the usage of anomalous objects due to the lack of resources. The site is disseminated somewhere in Alaska, their headquarters are deeply ingrained into a mountain and house the last few hundred thousand personnel this site being designated Aether-III.
