THE PROTO COMMISSION -[================]- The Commission was created at the end of [CLASSIFIED]. The Commission was deployed to Blacksite Gamma (γ) in June of 2019. It’s role, to contain it and study it while keeping it under a veil of secrecy. Allowing only those in the highest roles of power (not even the President of the United States of America (POTUS) is permitted) to even know of the existence of the Commission.
