𝐌𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐒𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐦 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐦 ■▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬■ The Movement for Socialism & Progressivism was founded in New York City in June 1880 at a convention of two hundred socialists, anarchists, and radical trade unionists, and left wing moderates from all over the United States. The Movement's goal was and still is to promote worker solidarity in the revolutionary struggle to overthrow the employing class, enact social reforms at a vigorous pace, and through this process establish a Socialistic government in it's host nation whether it be through the democratic process or revolution, for the MSP operates as an international political alliance. ■▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬■ Motto: "Solidarity Beyond Borders!"
