Description

The SOO is a Fan-Made GOI, which Specializes in containment of various objects which break the law of nature. Their organization is similiar to the SCP Foundation, but instead of testing the SCPs they do not risk any human life (Even test subjects) on them as it might result in them breaching their containment.
