They may not attend meetings, or participate in events. Ground Soldier: This soldier may participate in wars, and some events. They may not speek at a meeting, but they may watch. Air Soldier: Same as the ground soldier, though this soldier controls air units and flys above. Colonel: These users may talk at the podium of a meeting, participate in wars and events, and also participate in private meetings. General: There can only be four people with this rank, each of them can do anything besides announce wars. Commander in Chief: Only one person can be this rank. These people are the owners, they can announce wars, make treaties, make enemies, and recruit soldiers.
