Description
We are the Hypnobrai, a tribe of the Serpentine.We resemble spectacled cobra. Our eyes in fact are red with spirals giving them a "dazzling" look to them and represent their hypnotism abilities. We Hypnobrai are a snake tribe with the power to hypnotize and control anyone.
