|PFP| PATHFINDER PLATOON Created by O_PT1C & RavenousVenari 16/07/2021 [𝐀𝐁𝐎𝐔𝐓 𝐔𝐒] The Pathfinder Platoon is a reconnaissance unit within the British Army's 16 Air Assault Brigade. Pathfinders act as the Brigade commander's eyes and ears typically operating ahead of the Brigade's front line, often deep behind enemy lines. We often perform advanced force reconnaissance operations where we mark out the drop zones and helicopter landing sites for use by our main brigade force of the 16 Air Assault Brigade. Although we are not classified as a special forces unit, the levels of discipline and skill we require is close, if not entirely comparable to the United Kingdom Special Forces.
