RoleplayENroleplayfictional lorelaw enforcement theme
Description
(Note that the lowest rank in the Court may consist of people with a lower rank than that of "Court of Morgoth" in ECOI. The ranks are supposed to be law enforcement.) The Court of Morgoth, formed to enforce the will and words of Morgoth, but to also have the balance remain within ECOI, consisted of only the Wisest and Clever Corrupted Elves. And hence only they were invited. They enforced the law of ECOI and Morgoth, to also report to the higher-ups of The Court, whilst some have other duties, such as judging and concluding. The Council of Dynasty has the highest political power under Regal of Morgoth, though it has its limit, for its actions need reason and deduction, and without as such, they are authorized to take none. Official individuals WITH THE RANK "The Dark Court" in ECOI, are considered to be a Councillor, and hence has authority to do and attend meetings, as well as act as an official Council. They wore robes, preferably with a mask and/or hood to disguise themself.
