Description
𝟒. 𝐏𝐮ł𝐤 𝐏𝐢𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐭𝐲 𝐋𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐣 The 4th Infantry Regiment was formed mainly from recruits from the Warsaw and Płock departments. In 1808 he was stationed in Płock. After the Galician campaign, a large group of recruits from the Lublin department and several hundred Poles from Galicia, who fled the Austrian service or were taken prisoner in 1809, were joined. The regiment also served dozens of Czechs, Hungarians, Silesians and Germans, taken prisoner in the battles with the Austrians in 1809.
