Description

Hidden Stone Village, Land of Earth of the Five Great Shinobi Countries, Iwagakure has a Kage as its leader known as the Tsuchikage. Exams for Genin, Chunin, Jounin, Ect will be held For in order for one to progress to the next [Rank] Ranks here give In-game Ranks so if you are Gennin here you are Gennin in-game In-game ranks will provide more access to higher-level missions and slight stat boost -[Pending idea] it would entice shinobi to partake in the exams to get slightly stronger than someone in-game with the same rank as them. so if you are a D+, passed Genin exams for the Genin rank you would have a slight advantage to fighting a D+ that did not pass again -[Pending idea]
