The base rank is Advertiser once you pass the trial. If you want to be more higher roles, like Staff, then you need to wait for selections. In order to rank up from Probationary Member, you need to accomplish the following tasks: Joining 3 group advertisement sessions (they will be announced on the shout of this) Advertising 3 full sessions (tell the host or staff that you are advertising so they know) After that, you are free to be ranked up to the desired Advertising Team role. Team C = Part time advertisers; they take turns advertising for each session. Example of this is one team member planning to advertise for one hour, and then the other will advertise for the next other unadvertised duration, as our mall’s are 2 hours long. Team B = Regular advertisers: they advertise for the full sessions. Team A = Handpicked from Team B; they are more likely to be handpicked from special roles.
