-Montoure Fire & Rescue Co.- -Group Rules- 1.Do not ask to become a rank a.Ranks are earned, not given b.No one is allowed a promotion without the board’s approval. 2.Listen to your Superiors a.If there is a discrepancy, File to your captain, or shift leader. b.Superiors: If you misuse your rank, or refuse to file, it is subject to termination. 3.No verbal abuse involving but not limited to: a.Race, Politics, Religion are strictly prohibited. 4.Training and RP are to be hosted by an admin on a scheduled shift only. 5.Please respect each other 6.You will be terminated if: a.You are written up three times regarding any rules listed b.You disrespect game owners, game admins, or game members within, or outside of the group. c.Any promotion given without approval is subject to superior and member receiving promotion.
