Description
Unofficial faction group for the game Starscape, currently being developed by ZolarKeth https://www.roblox.com/games/679715583/Starscape-Pre-Beta The Kavani Mandate was once a small technocratic nation situated entirely around it's claim to the First Mandate, a sparsely-populated region geographically centered on the home system of the Kavani humans: Vanos. For vetnuries it existed as such, protective of it's borders and systems but isolating itself from the galaxy at large. Within the past century, the Mandate underwent a period of reform, shedding it's isolationist ethic and culminating in it's annexation of the region it claims as it's second mandate. The reawakening of the Kavani has given the Lycentian Strategists cause for alarm, and tensions between the Mandate and it's rivals have never been higher.
