Vivi's Cafe Support Team: Manages complaints and appeals, they go around making sure HR's do their job correctly and report to the Vice Chairman and Chairman. If anything is going bad or anything that is wrong the Support Team tells us, so the chairman doesn't have to manage things all the time to take away some stress. This is also known as the AT. (Administration team.)
