Description
The Shensin Confederation is a socialistic police state with strong Chinese and Russian influences comprised of several star systems, the Confederation is ruled by the Chancellor, who has almost always been a member of House Liao. The Shensin Confederation started out as a collection of states united for general defense and well-being, but over hundreds of years, through the influences of certain schools of philosophy and the leadership of House Liao, it has evolved to become what it is today.
