Description
The Federal Bureau of Homeland Stability and Reclamation was formed in the year of 2021 shortly after the discovery of the deadly Hades virus. The current president at the time, being an ever-paranoid man, felt the need to have a bureau dedicated to the preservation of the American way of life, and the restoration of our practices if the need ever would arise. Thus, the HSR was born, with members selected from all government sectors. Military, local law enforcement, the NSA, the CIA, you name it, we have it. Finally, in the year 2026, upon the discovery of foreign missile strikes being launched, the president ordered HSR to retreat to secret bunkers and facilities deep underground, awaiting further instructions, laying dormant for years awaiting orders from a president who would never answer
