C8 |:| Vanguard |:| Vanguard is a frontline assault branch of City 8's Combine Forces deployed to combat major rebel uprisings and widespread sociostability fracture. Vanguard was created as an Overwatch Transhuman Arm Branch after a major rebel uprising lead by the Human Resistance. The Earth Administrator, during a visit to City-8, spoke with the City Administrator and dedicated a group of OTA forces to form Vanguard to quickly deal with rebel forces.
